– thursday or friday?
there’s a woman in a uniform walking towards her in the hall.
– The day. -she seems to be annoyed and in a hurry- I’ve had a long shift. Please, is it today friday?
– Oh… yes, Friday.
But the truth is, for a moment, she really couldn’t tell. She quickly remembered telling a friend what a bummer it was to get the Friday’s night shift. But if it wasn’t for that evoked little rant, it would have been the same if it was tuesday, day, night, 2007 or 1994. Time had no meaning, neither did anything else.
